By accessing or using Alfaris Go you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so. Final acceptance language should be confirmed with counsel before launch.
The service
Alfaris Go is a corporate-travel platform, a web console for travel and finance teams and a mobile app for travellers, that applies policy, approvals and finance controls at the point of booking. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and access
Access is role-scoped and granted through your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Account and access provisions should be finalised before launch.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Alfaris Go lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its data. A complete acceptable-use policy should be defined before launch.
Intellectual property
Alfaris Go, including its software, design and content, is owned by Alfaris International Travel & Tourism and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights. The licence granted to you should be specified before launch.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited as set out in the final terms. Warranty disclaimers and liability limits must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate. The change-notification process should be confirmed before launch.
